Weavenly's job index is a public list of open jobs, built from employers' own public job boards.
It holds only facts about each job: title, company, place, work mode, salary when published, dates and links. No descriptions, no recruiter names, no contacts.
The Weavenly app downloads it and matches jobs to your roles on your computer.
What we read
- The public job feeds of companies on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor, Breezy, Pinpoint, BambooHR and Rippling. These systems publish them for job boards, search engines and the companies' own career pages.
- On Workday, the job list a company's careers site shows, read the way that site reads it. Only what the site's robots.txt leaves open.
- On iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, Oracle Cloud and Eightfold, the job list a company's careers site shows: its search page, its RSS feed or the API the site calls itself. Only what the site's robots.txt leaves open.
- Each board a few times a day at most, a few requests at a time, as
WeavenlyJobIndex/1.0with a link to this page.
What we don't do
We don't read job sites that don't allow it, never sign in anywhere, and never hide who we are.
Remove your company
Write to hello@weavenly.app from your company's domain with the address of your job board, and we stop reading it within a week.
