1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using Weavenly, or by using this site, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Weavenly.
2. What Weavenly is
A desktop app that helps you look for a job: it fits your résumé, fills application forms through a browser extension and keeps track of replies. Every action stays yours: Weavenly doesn’t send applications for you.
3. Price
Weavenly is free, with every feature. The only thing you may pay for is your AI provider, if your plan costs money.
4. Your AI provider
You connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic account (a plan or an API key) or a local model. AI use is governed by the provider’s terms, and they bill you. Following their terms is your responsibility.
5. Fair use
- Don’t use Weavenly for spam, fraud or false statements in applications.
- Follow the rules of the sites where you apply (LinkedIn, Workday and others).
- Check answers before you send: you’re responsible for what you send.
6. Your data
Your data lives on your computer, in the folder you chose. Keep backups: we can’t restore lost data because we don’t have it.
7. No warranty
Weavenly is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it right, but we don’t promise it will get you a job. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using the app.
8. Changes
If the terms change, we’ll post the new version here with its date, and tell you about anything important in What’s new.
