- ✓ The desktop app is free and open source, no time limit. You stay in control of every action.
- ✓ No paid features, no subscription, no account required.
- ✓ BYOK: your AI provider bills you directly for AI usage.
- ✓ Use it responsibly and respect third-party sites’ terms.
By downloading and using Weavenly, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and readable.
1. What Weavenly is
Weavenly is a desktop application that helps you organize your job search. It runs on your computer. The Companion browser extension is an optional add-on that fills apply forms in your browser. You retain control of every action - the extension does not submit applications on your behalf; you do.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use Weavenly to spam job boards or submit fraudulent applications.
- Respect the terms of service of any third-party site you interact with through Weavenly (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, etc.). Weavenly is a tool; how you use it is your responsibility.
3. Pricing
The app is free and open source, with no time limit and no paid tier. The only cost you may incur is your own AI provider's usage (BYOK), which they bill you for directly - or $0 if you use a local model like Ollama.
4. BYOK and third-party costs
Bring Your Own Key means your AI usage is billed by your AI provider directly. You are responsible for those charges. Weavenly includes spend controls (daily caps, monthly caps) to help you stay within budget.
5. Warranty
Weavenly is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantee that using Weavenly will get you a job, but we hope it helps.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a clear "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
